Internal Sales Managers Roundtable Content

ICI's Internal Sales Managers Roundtable will meet via Zoom on Tuesday, July 20, from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. (ET). The meeting will feature an open discussion for the first half of the meeting, and then attendees will break into smaller groups for a deeper dive on those same topics.

On May 13, ICI filed the attached letter urging the SEC to reform the processing fee framework that governs the fees that intermediaries may charge funds for delivering proxy and other disclosure materials to fund shareholders who hold shares through such intermediaries.
