Paul Cellupica, General Counsel heads the Legal team at ICI. Shelly Antoniewicz, Chief Economist heads the Research team at ICI. ICI’s largest department consists of more than forty research economists, including 10 PhD economists, data analysts, and programming specialists. They partner with leading academic institutions and public bodies, present papers, and produce analytical publications to ensure ICI submissions to regulators and policymakers are supported by data and sound economic reasoning. The research department serves as the authoritative source of information and statistics on fund industry trends, retirement issues, investor demographics, and global investment developments. ICI’s research is well known and trusted by global regulators, academics, and industry participants and is frequently cited by the media. |

Jeff Naylor, Chief Industry Operations Officer heads the Operations team. A team of 11 professionals with decades of front-, middle-, and back-office experience at fund companies. The staff in this group have extensive expertise in fund distribution, operational processing, servicing, fund accounting, sales and marketing, cybersecurity, and cross-border operations. |

Tom Quaadman, Chief of Government Affairs and Public Policy heads the Government Affairs team at ICI. A team that includes eight lobbyists leveraging the expertise and reputation of ICI to advocate for funds and investors in the legislative and public policy realms. The team has dedicated federal and state lobbyists that work in a bipartisan way with lawmakers on our members’ priorities. |
Tracey Wingate, Chief Global Affairs Officer head the Global Affairs team at ICI. A team of ten professionals located in Washington, DC and Brussels that advocates before regulators and policymakers in the EU, UK, Asia, and other parts of the world and in the international standard setting bodies. This team highlights both the success of retail participation in public markets and the size and growth of assets in private markets, consistently arguing for the symbiotic relationship that can and should exist between the two under a favorable policy regime. |

Erica Richardson, Chief of Staff and Chief Strategic Communications Officer heads the Strategic Communications team at ICI. A team of accomplished policy communicators with backgrounds in government, politics, digital media, and public relations that develops and implements ICI’s public messaging and advocacy efforts. The Strategic Communications team’s campaigns utilize media relations, thought leadership, digital tactics, and grassroots efforts to bring awareness to issues affecting funds and investors and put public pressure on key regulators and lawmakers. |
