ICI is pleased to announce an update to its Navigating Intermediary Relationships white paper, presented in conjunction with the Independent Directors Council (IDC). The paper's purpose is to describe the participation of and effect by intermediaries on mutual fund distribution.

The next meeting of the Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee will take place in-person on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, and Thursday, January 26, 2023, at the Tower 3 Learning Center of Raymond James located at 880 Carillon Parkway, St. Petersburg, FL 33716.

We are pleased to announce the 2023 BDAC/BTRAC Quarterly Update schedule. All sessions will occur from 1:00–2:00 p.m. ET.

The 2022 Primary Layout and Instructions have been updated to account for the new "FATCA filing requirement" checkbox that has been assigned box number 11. Subsequently, Form 1099-DIV box numbers 11 through 15 have been renumbered 12 through 16, respectively.
