The next meeting of the Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee will take place in-person on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, and Thursday, January 26, 2023, at the Tower 3 Learning Center of Raymond James located at 880 Carillon Parkway, St. Petersburg, FL 33716.
On Wednesday, January 25th the committee meeting will begin with continental breakfast served at 8:30 a.m. ET with the meeting beginning at 9:00 a.m. ET. Lunch will be served midday, and the meeting will conclude at 4:30 p.m. ET. On Thursday, January 26th the meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. ET; breakfast will be available before the meeting. The meeting will conclude at 12:00 noon ET. Lunch (dine-in or carry out) will be provided. Dress code for the meeting is business casual.
Attendees will be required to provide a state-issued photo ID when checking in for the meeting and always carry the Raymond James-provided visitor badge. Raymond James staff will escort attendees to the meeting room, once checked in.
COVID-19 Considerations
Pursuant to ICI's current COVID-19 policies described in the Visitor Protocols document included with this memo, attendees will agree to confidentially notify ICI of any COVID-19 infection within 5 days of attending the meeting. Vaccination against COVID-19 is no longer mandatory as of December 16, 2022.
We will follow the prevailing policies of our host regarding masking and other guidelines. ICI will confirm these details by email with attendees on Friday, January 20 and provide additional updates if received after this date. Attendees that prefer to wear a mask, if not otherwise required, are welcome and encouraged to do so.
We will continually monitor the situation and will notify committee members and attendees if the health situation warrants a change to in-person participation or other arrangements.
Hotel Accommodations
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton St. Petersburg Carillon Park located at 950 Lake Carillon Drive, St. Petersburg, FL 33716 for the evenings of January 24th and 25th. The rate per night is $229.00. The hotel is approximately 0.2 mile walk to the Raymond James' offices. To make reservations, please call the hotel at (727) 540-0050 and using reference group code "BDAC Meeting" for the room block or access online using this link: ICI January 2023 BDAC Room Block. Please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible as rooms are limited. All reservations must be guaranteed by January 5, 2023, to receive the room block rate. Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid penalty.
Committee Networking Event
The committee dinner will be on Wednesday night from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. ET on Wednesday, January 25th at a location to be determined. Meeting attendees electing to attend the dinner will pay $135.00 per person (via credit card) as part of the meeting registration process. Please note that if you confirm attendance for the BDAC dinner and cancel within 3 business days of the scheduled event, you will be charged the $135.00. Attire for the event is business casual.

Please provide suggested agenda topics no later than Wednesday, January 4, and roundtable discussion items no later than Friday, January 13, 2023. Our experience indicates that roundtable discussion topics circulated in advance of the meeting considerably enhance the discussion.
