Attached is an announcement describing a new publication, the "Villanova Journal of Law and
Investment Management." The Journal, a joint project of Villanova University School of Law and
leading practitioners, will publish articles on legal issues relating to the Investment Company Act, the
Investment Advisers Act and other securities and business laws relevant to the investment management
industry. The first volume is expected to be available this fall. Interested members who wish to
subscribe may complete the attached order form and return it directly to Villanova University School of
Law as indicated on the form.
