Also included is a panel on industry trends, moderated by Institute Chief Economist John Rea. Rounding out the program will be an interactive exercise, facilitated by Kathryn McGrath of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius and Meyrick Payne of Management Practice Inc., which will provide directors with an opportunity to share their thoughts with their peers on the differences between the decision making responsibilities of fund directors, the management company, and certain other professionals with respect to various mutual fund issues.
