RE: NOTICE OF MEETING - TUESDAY, JANUARY 27, 1998

The International Committee meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, January 27, 1998.
The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. and will be held in the David Silver Conference Room at
the Investment Company Institute. Lunch will be served immediately following the Committee
meeting.
Please remember that space at the meetings is limited to members of the Committee or
their alternates. To assist us in obtaining an accurate registration of attendees, please indicate
on the form below if you or an alternate plan to attend the meeting and luncheon.
The following dates have been scheduled for future 1998 International Committee
meetings: May 13, 1998 (joint meeting with members of the European Federation of Investment
Funds and Companies), and September 24, 1998. Please mark your calendar.
