RE: STATUS OF CURRENT ENHANCEMENTS

The NSCCs proposed development schedule for Year 2000 calls for near term freezes to
the Fund/SERV and Networking systems. As a result, the NSCC recently reviewed
outstanding enhancement requests to determine which requests can be implemented prior the
Fund/SERV and Networking system freezes. The attached enhancements log details the status
and proposed implementation target date for all outstanding requests. Please be advised that
the NSCC may need to waive the 90 day notice rule in order to implement certain of these
requests prior to the systems freezes.
