The Investment Company Institute is conducting an inventory of members’ use of the Internet.
The questionnaire subject is timely and the aggregate findings will be shared with Institute
members and with the SEC staff, who have expressed an interest in knowing the overall
incidence of Internet use by mutual fund companies. All individual company responses will be
kept strictly confidential by the Institute.
