RE: IRS SEEKS COMMENTS ON FORM 5304-SIMPLE

The Internal Revenue Service has solicited comments on the recently issued Form 5304-
SIMPLE, a model form SIMPLE IRA agreement for employers that are not using a designated financial
institution. Any comments must be submitted by March 17, 1997.
Depending on feedback from members, the Institute is considering commenting on the form and
additionally, providing further comments on the SIMPLE program and other previously issued guidance.
