TELEPHONIC REDEMPTIONS

As discussed at the Pension Committee meeting on June 11, 1996, a meeting has been
scheduled for Wednesday, July 17, 1996 to discuss current IRA withholding notice
requirements and the desirability of updating the rules to reflect telephonic notices, instructions
and distributions.
The meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. in the 12th Floor Conference Room at the
Institutes offices, 1401 H Street, N.W., 12th Floor, Washington, D.C. A lunch will be served
following the meeting. To assist us in obtaining an accurate registration of attendees, please
indicate on the attached form if you or an alternate plan to attend the meeting and luncheon.
