RE: RETIREMENT DATA COLLECTION REVIEW TASK FORCE AGENDA

Attached is an agenda and related background materials for the June 5, 1996 Retirement
Data Collection Review Task Force meeting of which you were previously notified.1 Included
in the materials are:
(1) a memo discussing ICI’s proposed changes to data collection,
(2) a Retirement Data Collection Matrix, and
(3) copies of current Institute surveys and portions of relevant reports generated
from collected survey data.
Even if you are unable to attend this meeting, we ask that you or appropriate personnel
at your firm please complete the Retirement Data Collection Matrix and return it by fax to the
Institute. The results will assist us in identifying specific data collection issues in preparation
for the June 5 meeting.
If you plan to attend the meeting and have not yet done so, please fax to the Institute the
enclosed Attendance Response Form.
