A meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, October 10 at 2:00 to discuss whether the
Institute should make a submission to the Internal Revenue Service on the tax treatment of an
adviser’s fee waivers and expense reimbursements. The meeting will be held at the Grand
Hyatt Washington at 1000 H Street, N.W. Washington, DC 20005. Lunch will not be served.
Please indicate on the attached form if you plan to attend. Those responding will receive
by fax a draft outline of a possible submission as well the location within the hotel where the
meeting will be held.
