RE: MEMBERS' CODES OF ETHICS

At the last meeting of the Compliance Committee, several members suggested that the Institute
might gather membersG Rule 17j-1 codes of ethics and make them available to those members who have
furnished codes.
Consequently, we request that you send a copy of your firmGs code of ethics to the undersigned.
Please white-out portions of your code that contain references to your firm or other identifying
information that you do not wish to be disclosed to other members. All codes received will be made
available to those members who have sent in their codes.
