The ICI Broker Dealer Advisory Committee’s next meeting takes place May 3 and May
4, 1995, exactly 1 month prior to the implementation of T+3 Settlement throughout the
securities industry. To that end, the ICI Broker Dealer Advisory Committee would like to use
its May meeting as an 11th hour opportunity to take stock of any broker dealer issues that still
remain to be resolved with respect to T+3. Thus, please consider this memo a sounding board
for any concerns you may have regarding broker dealer related issues relative to T+3. You can
use the space at the bottom of this form to record your T+3 issues and then fax the form back to
me at 202/326-5853, or you can call me with your T+3 issues at 202/326-5848. All issues
submitted to me will be taken up within the ICI, and I will provide responses to you as I am
able. Issues for which there appears to be no immediate answer will be addressed at the May
ICI Broker Dealer Advisory Committee Meeting. If you have any remaining doubts or
uncertainties regarding broker dealer related T+3 issues, or if you require further clarification
regarding broker dealer related T+3 matters, please do not hesitate to raise your voice.
