The ICI Education Foundation will sponsor the 1994 ICI
Securities Law Procedures Conference on December 1-2 at the Grand
Hyatt Washington in Washington, D.C.
Six panels made up of representatives from the mutual fund
industry, legal counsel, the SEC's Division of Investment
Management and the NASD will discuss current issues regarding
disclosure policy, rulemaking, compliance, investment company
advertising, money market funds and personal investing. Enclosed
is a preliminary program with further details about the panels.
A more complete listing of topics that will be addressed at the
conference will be included on the final program, which will be
mailed at a later date.

at the back of the brochure with the appropriate fee to the
Institute. Please note that conference registration
cancellations made after November 21 will incur a $75 penalty.
