The next meeting of the Bank Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee and the Vendor
Advisory Group will take place on Tuesday, September 13, 1994 at the Four Seasons Hotel which
is located at One Logan Square in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m.
with continental breakfast, lunch will be provided and the meeting is expected to continue until
approximately 3:30 p.m.
On the afternoon of September 12, 1994, tours will be conducted of BHC Securities and
the Philadelphia Stock Exchange, both of which are a short walk from the Four Seasons Hotel.
Interested committee members should meet at 2:30 p.m. in the hotel lobby.
Dinner arrangements have been made for committee members for Monday evening,
September 12, 1994 at Dave & Buster's. Please meet in front of the hotel promptly at 6:00 p.m.
We will take cabs to the restaurant which is located at Pier 19 North, 325 N. Columbus Boulevard
in Philadelphia. Dress for dinner is casual. Dinner attendees will be billed later for their share of
the total dinner cost.
For your convenience, we have reserved a block of sleeping rooms at the Four Seasons
Hotel for the night of Monday, September 12th at a rate of $155.00 single per night. To make
room reservations, please call the hotel at 215/963-1500 and request a room in the Investment
Company Institute block. Room reservations must be made by August 22, 1994.
Please confirm your attendance at the meeting, tours and dinner by completing the attached
Meeting Response Form and returning it to Agnes Thomas by August 15, 1994 either by fax
