RE: IRS SEMINARS ON INFORMATION REPORTING

The Internal Revenue Service ("IRS") has released the 1994
schedule for Information Reporting Seminars conducted by the
Martinsburg Computing Center. Morning sessions will focus on IRS
Forms 1099, with presentations on 1994 changes to forms and
publications, Form 1042S Task Force Overview, Information Returns
Bulletin Board System, backup withholding and penalties. The
afternoon sessions will focus on IRS Forms W-2 and 941. Filers
may attend either or both the morning and afternoon sessions.
The attached announcement lists the cities and dates for the
seminars. Interested persons are directed to contact the
appropriate local IRS office (telephone number provided) for the
exact location and times.
