A meeting of the Closed-End Fund Committee has been scheduled for 10:00
a.m. on Tuesday, April 19, 1994 at the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H
Street, N.W., Suite 1200, Washington, D.C.
A joint luncheon with the Unit Investment Trust Committee will be held
immediately following the meeting.
For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at the Holiday Inn
Crowne Plaza, 775 12th & G Streets, N.W., Washington, D.C. Please make your own
hotel reservations by March 22, 1994. When you phone for reservations, please
be sure to mention that you are attending the Investment Company Institute's
