A meeting of the SEC Rules Committee has been scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on
Tuesday, April 12, 1994 at the Ramada Renassiance TechWorld, 999 9th Street,
N.W., Washington, D.C.
A joint luncheon with the Investment Advisers Committee will be held
immediately following the meeting.
