Enclosed are two items of draft guidance prepared by the Accounting Policy
Subcommittee of the Accounting/Treasurers Committee. These items will be discussed
at the Accounting/Treasurers Committee meeting scheduled for November 9, 1993.
Please review both the Mortgage Dollar Rolls paper and the PIK Bond paper and
be prepared to provide any suggested changes or comments you may have. If there are
no substantive comments or changes, you will be asked to approve these items for
issuance.
