RE: IRS SEMINARS ON INFORMATION REPORTING

The Internal Revenue Service ("IRS") has released the 1993 schedule for
Information Reporting Seminars conducted by the Martinsburg Computing Center.
Under a new format, the morning session will focus on IRS Forms 1099.
Presenters will discuss 1993 forms changes, electronic filing, backup
withholding, return information and penalties. The afternoon session will
focus on IRS Forms W-2 and 941. Filers may attend either or both the morning
and afternoon sessions.
The attached announcement lists the cities and dates for the seminars.
Interested persons are directed to contact the appropriate local IRS office
(telephone number provided) for the exact location and times.
