RE: JANUARY 12 MEETING CONCERNING ASSET ALLOCATION

In light of the emergence of asset allocation services to
participants in retirement plans, the Institute has scheduled a
meeting to discuss prohibited transaction and general fiduciary
issues raised by such programs.
The meeting will be held at the Institute on Tuesday,
January 12 at 10:00 a.m. Lunch will be served following the
