This is to advise you that there will be a meeting of the
Bank Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee on Wednesday, January 13,
1993 in the Wintergarden Room at the Embassy Row Hotel which is
located at 2015 Massachusetts Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C.
20036. The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m.; lunch will be
served and the meeting is expected to continue until
approximately 3:00 p.m.
For your convenience, we have reserved a block of rooms at
the Embassy Row Hotel for the night of January 12, 1993 at the
rate of $140.00 single or double. To reserve a room, please call
the hotel by December 22 at 202/265-1600 and request a room in
the ICI/Bank Broker Dealer Block.

The purpose of the committee is to address operations
issues of common concern to mutual fund organizations and banks
active in mutual fund sales, particularly the standardization and
automation of mutual fund trade and account processing. A
meeting agenda will follow shortly.
