RE: NOTICE OF MEETING - OCTOBER 15, 1992

This is to advise you that there will be a meeting of the
Transfer Agent Advisory Committee on Thursday, October 15, 1992
at the Omni Parker House Hotel which is located at 60 School
Street in Boston, Massachusetts. The meeting will begin with
continental breakfast at 9:00 am. Lunch will be served and the
meeting will continue until approximately 2:30 pm.
For your convenience, we have reserved a block of sleeping
rooms at the Omni Parker House Hotel at a rate of $160.00 for the
night of October 14. To make a reservation, please call the
hotel at 1-800-THE-OMNI or 617/227-8600 and request a room in the
Investment Company Institute block. Room reservations must be
made by September 18.
