RE: NOTICE OF MEETING, DINNER AND TOUR IN DENVER -
JUNE 25 - 26, 1992

This is to advise you that there will be a meeting of the
Insurance Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee on Thursday, June 25,
1992 at the Holiday Inn located at 3200 South Parker Road in
Aurora, Colorado. Later that evening, the group will meet for
dinner and on the following day, June 26, Oppenheimer has
arranged a tour of its facilities in Denver.
The one and one-half day schedule follows:
June 25, 1992
8:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. Continental Breakfast
8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Meeting (lunch included)
6:00 p.m. - Dinner *
June 26, 1992
8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. Tour of Oppenheimer
Facilities
For your convenience, we have reserved a block of sleeping
rooms at the Holiday Inn for the nights of June 24 and 25 at a
rate of $64.00 single or double. To reserve a room, please call
the hotel at 1-800-962-7672 and request a room in the
ICI/Investment Company Institute Block. Room reservations must
be made by May 29, 1992.
* dinner participants will be billed later for their share of the
total dinner bill unless they cancel at least 72 hours in advance
(this includes those who say they will attend but don't show).
