RE: NOTICE OF TWO-DAY MEETING - JUNE 22-23, 1992

This is to advise you that there will be a two-day meeting
of the Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee on June 22 and 23, 1992.
The meeting will be held in the Wintergarden Room at the Embassy
Row Hotel which is located at 2015 Massachusetts Avenue, NW,
Washington, DC 20036.
The two-day schedule follows:
June 22, 1992
2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. - Meeting
6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. - Reception/Dinner
June 23, 1992
7:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. - Continental Breakfast
8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. - Meeting (lunch included)
We are also planning a reception and dinner for attendees
on the evening of June 22, 1992. Dinner participants (and this
includes those who say they will attend but don't show) will be
billed later for their share of the total bill.
For your convenience, we have reserved a block of sleeping
rooms at the Embassy Row Hotel for the night of June 22 at a rate
of $140.00. To reserve a room, please call the hotel at 202/265-
1600 and request a room in the Investment Company Institute
block. Room reservations must be made by May 1, 1992.
Please complete the attached response form (even if you do
not plan to attend) and return it by May 1 to Rita Pemberton
