ICI filed the attached letter in support of the Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc. (the "Exchange") taking steps to permit the generic listing and trading of multi-class ETF Shares. The letter expressed support for the Exchange's proposed rule change because it would allow the Exchange to list ETF share classes without unnecessary delay. The letter also expressed general support for providing the exemptive relief necessary to permit the ETF share class structure.
