RE: 1991 CONTRACTUAL PLANS STATISTICS

As you know, each year the Institute collects contractual
plans sales and redemption statistics in order that we can
compile the annual statistical table. This memo is to request
that you send us your 1991 sales statistics as soon as possible
but not later than April 6, 1992, so that the statistical table
can be completed in time for the Contractual Plans Committee
meeting to be held at the time of the Institute's General
Membership Meeting which is being held this year on May 20-22 in
Washington, DC.
Please send us the following figures net of liquidations:
1991
1. Number of 1991 Certificates Issued
2. Face Amount of 1991 Certificates Issued
3. Dollar Amount Paid-In for 1991 by Shareholders
For your information, I have attached a copy of last year's
statistical table.
Your prompt cooperation will be greatly appreciated.
