The next meeting of the Securities Operations Advisory Committee will be held on Tuesday, August 16 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET and on Wednesday, August 17 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. ET. The meeting will take place at the American Century Investments offices, located at 4500 Main Street, Kansas City MO 64111, Conference Room #160/2G.
Lunch will be served on the first day of the meeting at 1:00 p.m. and a continental breakfast and a boxed lunch on the second day.
Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the meeting. Attendees will show photo ID to check in through security and then be escorted to the meeting room. To facilitate your entrance into the building, please remember to register for the meeting.
Committee Networking Event
An optional networking event for meeting attendees will be held on Tuesday evening, August 16 reception beginning at 6:30pm on location. The cost to attend the dinner is $125. Please know that if you cancel a dinner registration with less than three business days' notice, the $125 will NOT be refunded.
COVID-19 Considerations
Pursuant to ICI's current COVID-19 policies, included in the Visitor Protocols document included with this memo, it is expected that all attendees will be fully vaccinated and will attest to such both prior to and each day during the meeting. Attendees should carry proof of vaccination with them (i.e., photo of or actual vaccination card). Attendees will also agree to confidentially notify ICI of any COVID-19 infection within 5 days of attending the meeting.
We will follow the prevailing policies of our host, American Century Investments, regarding masking and other guidelines. ICI will confirm these details by email with attendees on Friday, August 12 and provide additional updates if received after this date. Attendees that prefer to wear a mask, if not otherwise required by the venue, are welcome and encouraged to do so.
We will continually monitor the situation and will notify committee members and attendees if the health situation warrants a change to in-person participation or other arrangements.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Kansas City Marriott Country Club Plaza located at 4445 Main Street, Kansas City, MO 64111 for the evenings of August 16th. The rate per night is $192.00 plus tax. The hotel is across the street from the American Century Investments offices. Please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible as rooms are limited. All reservations must be guaranteed by July 29, 2022 to receive the room block rate.
