Registration Now Open for ICI's September 14, 2021 Diversity and Inclusion Committee Meeting

TO: Diversity and Inclusion Committee RE: Registration Now Open for ICI's September 14, 2021 Diversity and Inclusion Committee Meeting

 

ICI's Diversity and Inclusion Committee will have a video conference meeting via Zoom on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, from 2:00-3:00 p.m. (ET). Meeting registration is available at https://cvent.me/34n5y7. An agenda will be provided prior to the meeting date.

The meeting will include facilitated breakout sessions (5-8 individuals per session) on the following topics:

  • The internal communications side of DEI, including how to ensure communications are inclusive, bringing underrepresented employee stories to the forefront, honoring diversity and inclusion holidays/events, and including employee recognition in the DEI process.
  • Creating and maintaining an inclusive culture: How do we retain underrepresented talent?
  • Building and enhancing the value of Employee Resource Groups

When registering, please indicate your choice of breakout sessions. Please also indicate if you are willing to serve as a breakout session facilitator.
