The AICPA Investment Companies Committee is working to
provide informal guidance to the industry on the application of
FAS 105, Disclosure of Information About Financial Instruments
with Off-Balance Sheet Risks and Financial Intruments with
Concentrations of Credit Risk. The Committee is looking for
industry input on the attached draft of FAS 105 disclosure
examples. Please review the document and provide any comments
you may have to:

Committee wishes to complete the project and distribute a final
