The Securities Transfer Association, Inc. recently
published Section 12 of the Rules of the STA which were forwarded
to the Institute. The STA is encouraging all securities issuers
and securities processors to use these Rules when registering
securities in TOD (Transfer on Death) form. A copy of Section
12, an Executive Summary regarding the TOD form and a Discussion
Guide, all prepared by the STA have been enclosed for your
consideration.
