In light of the impact of the COVID-19 crisis, the European Commission has extended the deadline for its consultation on ESG-related disclosure for corporate issuers as part of its review of the Non-Financial Reporting Directive (NFRD).[1]

The new deadline for the NFRD consultation is 11 June 2020 (extended from the original deadline of 14 May 2020).[2]
