The next meeting of the SEC Rules Committee is scheduled for Wednesday, February 26th. We are pleased to announce that our guest speakers will be Sarah ten Siethoff, Associate Director, and Brian Johnson, Assistant Director, in the Rulemaking Office of the SEC’s Division of Investment Management.
The meeting will take place at the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, NW, Washington, DC, in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th Floor, 12:00 noon – 3:30 pm Eastern time. Lunch will be available at 11:30 am. In addition, participation by videoconference will be available from two off-site locations, with lunch being served in both locations:

Committee Dinner
For those members attending the February meeting in person in Washington, DC, we plan to hold a dinner with ICI staff the evening of Tuesday, February 25th. If you plan to attend the dinner, please register to attend via the link above no later than February 18, as seating is available on a first-come first-serve basis. Dinner attendees will be charged $115.00. Please note that if you cancel within 72 hours of the dinner, your payment will not be refunded.
Hotel Arrangements
For those members attending the meeting in person in Washington, DC, we have, for your convenience, reserved a block of hotel rooms at the Hamilton Hotel for $199 plus tax.
