If you haven’t already, register for ICI’s in-person meeting of the Registered Fund CPO Advisory Committee on Wednesday, January 15th!  A revised draft agenda for the meeting is attached. 

We are pleased to have several guest speakers for this meeting.  Josh Sterling, Director of the CFTC’s Division of Swap Dealer and Intermediary Oversight, will join us to discuss DSIO priorities.  Regina Thoele, Senior Vice President of Compliance, and Christine Roche, Associate Director of Compliance, will join us from the National Futures Association to discuss NFA priorities relevant to registered fund CPOs.  

The meeting will take place at the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, NW, Washington, DC, in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th Floor, beginning at 10:30 am and ending no later than 2:30 pm Eastern time.  In addition, participation by videoconference will be available from Nuveen’s offices in Chicago:
