Most of the committee meetings will be open to attendance by members of the other committees and member presentations/discussions scheduled within a committee meeting are intended to inform a broader audience. With this in mind, we have allotted more time for committees to meet with a minimum of overlap. A schedule of the committee meetings and joint sessions is attached. Shortly you will receive more detailed notices with respect to the committee(s) on which you serve. Note that a meeting of the Committee on Industry Statistics is not scheduled during this period, but members of the committee are more than welcome to attend the joint committee meetings. Attached is information regarding Disney's Yacht Club Resort and the various theme parks nearby. Delta Airlines has a hub in Orlando and offers numerous flights. We have set up a special discount with Delta for this meeting. Your travel agent should call Delta Special Meetings Desk at 1-800-221-1212 and refer to meeting File Number T-12268. Hotel reservations must be made by mail using the enclosed form. In order to receive the special ICI rate, be sure to book your reservation by December 4, 1991. There will be a registration fee of $75 for committee members and $40 for a spouse or guest. There will be no charge for accompanying children.
