Please join us on Thursday, April 25 at 1:00 pm (Eastern) for a call to discuss the SEC’s transaction fee pilot. Eric McArthur and Jamie Brigagliano from Sidley Austin will describe the legal challenges the NYSE, Nasdaq, and CBOE have brought against the pilot. We also will discuss steps that ICI is taking to advance the pilot and the criteria that buy-side traders will use to measure success of the pilot.
