RE: MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 12 MEETING

For your information, here are the minutes of the meeting of the
Direct Marketing Committee held on Sept. 12 in Washington, DC.
As we previously informed you, the next meeting of the Direct
Marketing Committee will be held in conjunction with the meetings
of the Institute's other marketing and communications committees,
as well as the Research Committee. These meetings will be held
January 22-24, 1992 at the Disney Yacht Club near Orlando,
Florida. A schedule of these meetings will be sent to you in the
near future.
