The next meeting of the Securities Operations Advisory Committee will be held on Wednesday, February 20 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET and on Thursday, February 21 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. ET.  The meeting will take place at the Franklin Templeton offices, located at 300 SE 2nd St, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301.

Lunch will be served on the first day of the meeting at 1:00 p.m. and a continental breakfast and a boxed lunch on the second day.  Attire for the meeting is business dress.

Committee Dinner

An optional networking dinner for meeting attendees will be held on Wednesday evening, February 20 (reception at 6:30pm and dinner at 7:15pm at a restaurant TBD. The cost to attend the dinner is $115. Please not that if you cancel a dinner registration with less than three business days’ notice, the $115 will NOT be refunded.

Hotel

A block of rooms at the Riverside Hotel, 620 East Las Olas Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301 are reserved for Committee members for the evenings of February 19 & 20, 2019. The room rate is $269 single/double in the executive tower, which is newly renovated and highly recommended, or $192 for the classic rooms.  The link to book the rooms is https://reservations.travelclick.com/15542?groupID=2422646. The cutoff date to make reservations is 1/29/2019 and there are a limited numbers of rooms.
