An in-person meeting of the Derivatives Markets Advisory Committee is scheduled for Thursday, November 8. The meeting will be held at the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, NW, Washington, DC, in the Matthew P. Fink Conference Room, located on the 12th floor. The meeting will begin promptly at 11:00 am (Eastern Time) and should conclude no later than 3:30 pm.  Lunch will be served, and a final agenda will be circulated closer to the meeting date.

Guest Speakers

We are pleased to announce that Richard Gabbert, Counsel to Commissioner Hester Peirce, SEC, will join the meeting in addition to the following guests:

  • Anne Battle, Assistant General Counsel, International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. (ISDA) (to discuss the US Resolution Stay Protocol and benchmark changes); and
  • Bella Rozenberg, Senior Counsel, International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. (ISDA) (to discuss Title VII harmonization).

The draft agenda for the meeting is attached.  Meeting materials and a final agenda will be circulated prior to the meeting and posted on the committee webpage.
