Valuation RE: ICI Resource Page on Swing Pricing Amendments Now Available to Members
As part of our 2017 initiatives, ICI has launched a dedicated resource page to help members understand the SEC’s swing pricing amendments.[1] The resource page contains information intended to assist members explore the feasibility and desirability of swing pricing (it is optional under the amendments), including audio recordings of relevant panels at ICI conferences, webinars, white papers, and related materials. The page also contains background information on the amendments with links to SEC releases, ICI comment letters, ICI memos, and other resources.
