Recently, China has announced several reforms aimed at easing foreign investor access to its financial market. These reforms include new guidelines on wholly foreign-owned enterprises (WFOEs) and Sino-foreign joint ventures (JVs) for private fund management (PFM) business, and the approval of the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect.
To help ICI Global members to understand the impact and additional opportunities of these changes for their asset management strategy in China, ICI Global has invited Ms. Sandra Lu, Partner of Llinks Law Offices, to provide an overview of the rules and regulations at a seminar on Monday 19 September.
