CHIEF INFORMATION SECURITY OFFICER ADVISORY COMMITTEE RE: TECHNOLOGY COMMITTEE MEETING - MEETING REGISTRATION & HOTEL - MARCH 10 & 11, 2016

 

The next meeting of the Technology Committee will take place on Thursday and Friday March 10 & 11 in San Francisco, CA. The meetings will take place at Matthews International Capital Management, LLC, 4 Embarcadero Center, Suite 550, San Francisco, CA. The Committee meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. and conclude at approximately 3:00 p.m. on both days. A preliminary agenda and information about a Committee dinner on March 10, are forthcoming. PLEASE REMEMBER TO SUBMIT YOUR DISCUSSION TOPICS FOR “SHOP TALK” ON THE ATTACHED FORM.

HOTEL

A block of rooms at the Le Meridien, 333 Battery Street, San Francisco, CA, (866)837-4184 are reserved for Committee members for the evenings of March 9 & 10, 2016. The room rate is $315 single/double, please ask for a room in the Investment Company Institute’s room block. Rooms are limited. The hotel requires all reservations be guaranteed with a one night’s deposit by February 14, 2016 to receive the room block rate. Deposits are refundable if the hotel receives notice of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.

MEETING REGISTRATION

Please register for this committee meeting and dinner using our Cvent online registration at www.ici.org/reg/tech. Committee members (or their substitutes) electing to attend the committee dinner will pay the standard amount of $105.00 via credit card as part of the registration process.
