RE: NOTICE OF MEETING - SEPTEMBER 4, 1991

The next meeting of the Marketing Committee will be held at
the Institute offices in Washington, DC at 10:00 am on Wednesday,
September 4, 1991. Lunch will be served and the meeting will
conclude by 4:00 pm.
Minutes of the June 25, meeting are attached for your
review.
The principal agenda for the meeting is to review the
proposed budgets for the Research and Public Information and
Marketing Departments of the Institute. Please advise me if
there are other matters you believe should be addressed at this
meeting.
Please complete the form below and return it to Ms. Sheilah
Henderson at the Institute to advise whether or not you will be
attending this meeting.
Also, please mark your calendar for the subsequent meeting
of the Marketing Committee which will be held on Friday, January
24, 1992 at the Disney Yacht and Beach Club Resort in Orlando,
Florida. That meeting is being scheduled in conjunction with the
annual winter retreats for the Institute's Research and
Marketing-related committees.
