Please find attached ICI Global’s draft responses to the European Commission’s consultation paper on the review of the European Markets Infrastructure Regulation (“EMIR”). [1] We will be submitting the responses through the online questionnaire as required by the European Commission.
We have drafted the responses as concisely as possible because the consultation’s online questionnaire form limits each response to 5000 characters. Moreover, the attached document only includes the answers to questions to which ICI Global intends to respond.
