RE: ARIZONA INCREASES MAXIMUM REGISTRATION FEE

House Bill 2451 has been passed by the Arizona Legislature
and was signed by the Governor on June 18, 1991. The legislation
increases the maximum registration fee for securities offered or
sold in Arizona. Effective June 18, 1991, the registration fee
is one-tenth of one percent of the aggregate offering price of
the securities to be sold in Arizona, with a maximum fee of
$2,000 and a minimum fee of $200. Prior to enactment of this
legislation, the maximum fee to register securities in Arizona
was $1,500.
A copy of the pertinent provisions of House Bill 2451 and a
chart of the fee changes is attached.
