TO: SEC RULES COMMITTEE No. 4-14 RE: DRAFT AGENDA FOR FEBRUARY 18TH SEC RULES COMMITTEE MEETING
As we previously informed you, the next meeting of the SEC Rules Committee has been scheduled for Tuesday, February 18th. We are pleased to announce that our guest speaker will be Jennifer McHugh, Senior Advisor, Office of the Chair, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
The meeting will take place at the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C., in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th Floor, 12:00 noon – 3:30 pm Eastern time. Lunch will be available at 11:30 am. In addition, participation by videoconference will be available from two off-site locations:

New Security Precautions
Since our last meeting, ICI has increased its security precautions. In addition to signing in with the security guard in the lobby, a key fob is now needed to access the elevator to the 12th floor. An ICI staff member will be stationed in the lobby (look for our sign!), but if we miss you, please have the security guard call 202-326-5800. Please allow a few extra minutes to get through the new security protocols so that the meeting can start on time.
