TO: SEC RULES COMMITTEE No. 23-13 RE: DRAFT AGENDA FOR JUNE 13 SEC RULES COMMITTEE MEETING
As we previously informed you, the next meeting of the SEC Rules Committee has been scheduled for Thursday, June 13th. Our guest speaker will be Barry Miller, Associate Director, Disclosure, Review and Accounting, Division of Investment Management, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, along with Assistant Directors Brent Fields and Christian Sandoe.
The meeting will take place at the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C., in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th Floor, from12:00 noon – 3:30 pm Eastern time. Lunch will be available at 11:30 am. In addition, participation by videoconference will be available from two locations:

Please note that we no longer provide hard copies of the materials at the Committee’s meetings.
