As 2012 draws to a close, I wanted to provide you with the dates for the 2013 SEC Rules Committee meetings and ask that you please reserve them on your calendar. Please note that the February 2013 meeting date changed after we announced the 2013 dates at the October 2012 meeting.
Like past meetings, we will provide videoconference options for the February and June meetings. The October meeting will be a full day, in-person meeting.
